The Fort Worth Catholic Diocese has reached a settlement in a sexual abuse case.
The victim claims he was abused by a priest over a five-year period in the 1980s and that it started when he was 16 years old.
The man sued after claiming the diocese did not take action when he reported the abuse in 2010.
Though they have reached a settlement, neither side are releasing the terms of that settlement.
